Pu island is sitnated in the Andaman Sea in the area refer to as Andaman Triangle,facing Phi Phi island to the west (15 kms), Lanta island (10kms) to the South and Krabi to the North (18kms).

  This island as a whole is unspoiled. There are just 3 small fishing villages (Ban Koh Pu, Ban Ting Rai and Ban Koh Jum) with a total population of less than one thousand in habitants.
  The facilities on the island remain basic : it has just one small dirt road and still no electricity supplied from the main land, consequently there has not been any large scale tourism development.It has two way to go there, by using the ferry boat and local way(Long tail boat).
